Gestor do Controle Migratório Convocado para Prestar Esclarecimentos em Fernando de Noronha
Na última quarta-feira (29), o Conselho Distrital de Fernando de Noronha se reuniu para debater a eficiência do setor de Controle Migratório da Administração da Ilha. A convocação foi motivada por uma série de reclamações dos moradores sobre os serviços oferecidos pela instituição.
Entre as principais queixas destacadas pelos conselheiros e pela comunidade local estão a demora na análise de processos, os atrasos na emissão de carteiras e o funcionamento insatisfatório do setor. Diante desses problemas, o gestor do Controle Migratório, Guilherme Chagas, foi chamado para prestar esclarecimentos à comunidade.
O presidente do Conselho, Ailton Araújo Júnior, expressou sua preocupação com a falta de comunicação por parte do gestor, que não tem atendido telefonemas nem respondido aos questionamentos dos conselheiros. Essa falta de contato tem prejudicado a resolução rápida dos problemas enfrentados pelos moradores.
Um dos pontos levantados foi a emissão das carteiras de identificação para os moradores permanentes da ilha e seus descendentes. Segundo a legislação, os filhos de moradores permanentes também têm direito a essa carteira, porém, os conselheiros observaram atrasos no processo de emissão para os descendentes.
Além disso, o horário de funcionamento do setor, das 9h às 12h, foi criticado por ser considerado insuficiente para atender às necessidades da comunidade local.
Um caso emblemático apresentado durante a reunião foi o de Rosângela Maria Lins da Silva, residente em Noronha há 12 anos, que teve seu pedido de carteira de moradora permanente negado devido a uma ausência temporária na ilha por motivos médicos durante a pandemia. Apesar de apresentar laudos médicos que comprovavam sua situação, Rosângela enfrentou dificuldades para obter uma audiência com o gestor do setor.
Diante das críticas e reclamações, o gestor Guilherme Chagas se comprometeu a reavaliar o processo de Rosângela e ressaltou os esforços para acelerar os processos e diminuir o tempo de espera para a emissão das carteiras.
No entanto, o presidente do Conselho Distrital, Ailton Júnior, destacou que as respostas fornecidas pelo gestor foram consideradas evasivas, indicando uma possível gestão inadequada do setor. Ele afirmou que será dado um prazo para a melhoria dos serviços do Controle Migratório e ameaçou acionar órgãos como o Ministério Público, o Tribunal de Contas e a Justiça caso não haja uma mudança significativa.
